Only 13 percent of French parliamentary seats are held by women and the prospects for swift change are poor.
A female Defense Minister. Yikes. I hope the enemy doesn’t think about bringing mice onto the battlefield.
Then again most of the male Defense Ministers in France have not been much to write home about. They would probably cr*p their pants if a firecracker went off next to them.
