		<description>it is regrettable and the EU's Institutions should be ashamed for their incompetencies and for our wages. It shouldn't be acceptable, nor accepted from a democratic institution, such as EU.  Above all, it is unpleasant for our taxes. What you want, it's never their valuable wages which spent so incompentently. If only the Euro-technocrates at Brussels paid also 56% of their wages in taxes, they would have paid more credit to expenditures...</description>
