CNN reports here: The bailouts have largely stabilized the financial system, but reform is needed to prevent another crisis, U.S. President Barack Obama said in a speech on Wall Street Monday. Marking the anniversary of the Lehman Brothers collapse, Obama warned many in the financial sector were “choosing to ignore” the lessons of one of darkest chapters in world economic history.
